Colaboradores da Diocese de Limeira participam de formação sobre NR-1

Employees of the Diocese of Limeira participated in training and awareness meetings regarding NR-1 from September 17 to 24. Organized by the Setor de Recursos Humanos and Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, the activities were held in foranias and included staff from all parishes in the diocese.

Fernanda Morais led reflections on professional situations that can cause stress and affect mental health over time. The sessions addressed behavior in the professional environment, interpersonal relations, and the importance of dialogue and communication. Morais stated that listening and the way people relate to one another are fundamental to building a healthier professional environment.

The meetings provided moments for participants to share experiences and reflect on daily work situations. Melissa Barbosa, from the Setor de Recursos Humanos of the Diocese of Limeira, said the training offered an opportunity to reflect on professional daily life and relationships.
