Collecting Moments: To Teach with Truth

Emily Clark shared a reflection on the importance of teaching with truth through the use of a "Teacher's Prayer" card. The card, which features a tan background with ivy and a reddish floral border, was given to her by Sister Donna Marie during a seventh grade Confirmation preparation class.

Clark kept the card for nearly three decades, using it as a source of prayer during moments of joy and frustration. Although she eventually transitioned to teaching in a public school, she chose to display the prayer on her classroom bulletin board rather than keeping it hidden.
