Counseling Program Supervisor (LCSW) – Catholic Charities

Catholic Charities is seeking a full-time Counseling Program Supervisor to lead its outpatient counseling program in Covington. The role requires a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to manage clinical supervision, program coordination, and direct client care.

The supervisor will spend approximately 75% of their time delivering outpatient counseling services, including assessments, therapy, and referrals. Other responsibilities include supervising counseling staff, overseeing documentation standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and professional ethics, and monitoring treatment outcomes.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in social work or a related mental health field and possess at least 5 years of clinical counseling experience. The position also requires 3-5 years of experience in supervisory or program leadership roles.
