Pope Leo XIV will visit the sanctuary in Lourdes, France, an event that Antonietta Raco says will offer comfort to those who suffer. Raco, a 68-year-old woman from Lucania, shared her emotions regarding the upcoming apostolic journey with Vatican News.

Raco was recognized as having experienced a scientifically inexplicable healing from primary lateral sclerosis in 2009 at the sanctuary. She told Vatican media that she encourages the sick by sharing a message from Our Lady to not be afraid.
