Daniel García García serves as a penitentiary canon for the Cathedral Basilica of the Assumption of Mary.

A priest ordained on June 8, 1975, García García also serves as the spiritual director for Adoración Nocturna. His service within the Diocese of Lugo includes work in the archpriestures of Lugo and Cotos. He has served in the parishes of Lugo-Albeiros, San Lourenzo Lugo-Gándaras, San Xosé Muxa, Santa María Benade, and San Estevo.
