Deceduto Mario Buttarelli, decano dei diaconi permanenti

Mario Buttarelli, the dean of permanent deacons for the Diocese of Cremona, died Thursday, September 17, at the age of 92 after a long illness.

The Diocese of Cremona announced that his wake is being held at the Figlie di San Camillo care home in Cremona. Bishop Antonio Napolioni will preside over the funeral mass on Monday, September 21, at 10 a.m. at the upper church of the Seminary.
