Christian Würtz, the newly appointed bishop of Eichstätt, completed his state swearing-in ceremony on Friday in Munich.

During the ceremony, the 55-year-old bishop, who moved from Baden to Bavaria, compared his journey to other prominent figures born in Karlsruhe who moved to Bavaria. Würtz mentioned Queen Karoline, conductor Joseph Keilberth, and goalkeeper Oliver Kahn, noting that these individuals faced challenges when they relocated to the region.
