Bishop D. Fernando Paiva to visit Mértola

Bishop D. Fernando Paiva began pastoral visits to the parishes of the Diocese of Beja today, starting with the community of Mértola.

The Bishop's visit involves meeting with local communities to listen to their experiences and strengthen their faith. To prepare for his arrival, a team of missionaries visited Mértola, Mina de S. Domingos, and Santana de Cambas during the preceding week. These missionaries visited homes, shops, cafes, and schools to invite residents to participate in the scheduled celebrations and meetings.
