Diocese do Algarve proposes perseverance in prayer as path to conversion and mission

The Diocese of Algarve has introduced its pastoral program for 2026/2027, which centers on meeting Christ through the Eucharist, spiritual life, and prayer.

Father António de Freitas, the diocesan vicar for pastoral ministry, stated during the program's presentation that the invitation for this coming year is to persevere in prayer. The program presents prayer as a way to achieve conversion and mission.
