Diocese of Coimbra launches October spiritual itinerary

The Diocese of Coimbra has launched a spiritual itinerary for October titled "Recomeçamos" to support the education of young people. This monthly program is part of the diocesan pastoral plan "No Espírito de Cristo está toda a nossa vida."

The itinerary encourages families to focus on teaching children through patience, trust, integrity, and commitment. To practice these values, the diocese invites families to create or use a prayer space that reflects their family history and bond. One specific suggestion is for households to create a "gratitude jar" to foster a sense of thankfulness.
