Diocese of Huelva to hold Eucharist for Decent Work

The Diocese of Huelva will hold a day of prayer and awareness to address precarious working conditions that affect many families. The program begins at 19.00 at Plaza de las Monjas with a public demonstration representing the difficulties workers face in maintaining a dignified life. During this event, organizers will distribute keychains to symbolize the shared responsibility of building a society with fair labor conditions.

Participants will then move to the Church of Nuestra Señora de la Concepción for the Eucharist for Decent Work at 20.00. Bishop Santiago Gómez Sierra will preside over the Mass. The Church of Huelva organized the event through the Iniciativa de Iglesia por el Trabajo Decente to express its commitment to improving the lives of men and women facing unstable employment.
