Diocese of Reconquista joins 40 Días por la Vida

The Diocese of Reconquista will join the international 40 Days for Life campaign from September 23 to November 1. During this period, the local community will participate in simultaneous prayer and community action to promote a culture that protects human life.

The campaign in Argentina marks its tenth year and consists of three main parts: prayer and fasting, peaceful presence, and community commitment. Participants will pray for an end to abortion and offer support to women, families, and those facing vulnerable pregnancies. The local mobilization includes a peaceful public presence near the Hospital Central de Reconquista.

Organizers of the international campaign report that their efforts have resulted in lives saved from abortion, the closure of abortion facilities, and the departure of individuals involved in the practice.
