Diocese of Segorbe-Castellón de la Plana delegates engage in archpriest itinerary

Diocesan delegates met with Bishop Casimiro Lopez Llorente and Pastoral Vicar Miguel Abril to begin an archpriest itinerary running from October through March. This process involves various church groups to prepare for the Extraordinary Diocesan Meeting scheduled for June 2027.

The itinerary asks Christian communities to pray, discern the Lord's call, and commit to mission work in areas such as family, work, education, culture, and media. Delegates will support and encourage participation from different pastoral groups to ensure their specific needs and proposals are included in the common discernment process. The diocese intends for this work to extend beyond individual parishes to involve the entire diocesan community.
