Director of Major & Planned Giving

The Priests of the Sacred Heart is seeking a full-time Director of Major and Planned Giving to lead strategies for securing major, planned, deferred, and blended gifts.

The director will manage a portfolio of donors and prospects, cultivate relationships with professional advisors, and develop personalized solicitation and stewardship plans. Duties include preparing gift proposals, overseeing the administration of estates, trusts, bequests, and charitable gift annuities, and leading planned giving marketing efforts. The position also requires collaborating with advancement services to ensure accurate donor records and reporting.

Qualified candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of successful fundraising experience, and expertise in major and planned giving. Travel is required.
