Director of Office of Charity Connections

The Sisters of Charity of Nazareth are seeking a full-time Director of the Office of Charity Connections for their Western Province.

The director will work to invite and engage diverse groups, including youth and adults, with the congregation's charism. The role involves acting as a connector for individuals seeking relationships with the Sisters, helping them discern whether they wish to pursue vowed membership, SCN Associates, Companions of Charity, volunteering, or service at the House of Hospitality.

Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree, though an advanced degree in theology, ministry, or a related field is preferred. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, email marketing, websites, Zoom, and social media. The director must be able to travel within the United States and Belize, and may need to work nights and weekends.
