Dom Guilherme Werlang participates in 5th video of Vida em Primeiro Lugar series

Bishop Emeritus Guilherme Werlang participated in the 5th video of the Vida em Primeiro Lugar series, according to the Diocese of Lages. The social ministries of the diocese produced the video as part of a mobilization effort for the Grito dos Excluídos e das Excluídas.
