Archbishop Riccardo Lamba will preside over a Holy Mass for ethnic Catholic communities in the Archdiocese of Udine on Sunday, September 27. The Mass is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. at the Sacred Heart church in Udine to observe the 112th World Day of Migrants and Refugees.

The universal Church uses this day to pray for the approximately 300 million people worldwide who migrate due to war, poverty, famine, discrimination, or work. In the Udine region, this observance has historically shifted from focusing on Friulian emigrants traveling to Europe and the Americas to addressing the arrival of various immigrant groups.
