Društvo prostovoljcev Vincencijeve zveze dobrodete publishes Vincencijev koledar 2026/2027

The Društvo prostovoljcev Vincencijeve zveze dobrodete has released the Vincencijev koledar 2026/2027. Titled Delo daje dostojanstvo, the calendar covers the period through the end of 2027 and features photographs of various forms of work, such as gardening, daily tasks, and caring for others. It also includes thoughts from saints regarding how work can enrich a person and a community.

The association is collecting funds through this action to renovate new premises for the Dnevni center za brezdomce in Ljubljana. The center has operated at its current location since 2006 but must move to a building purchased by the Misijska družba that requires extensive renovation. The association must provide the funds for these repairs.

The center sees more visitors each year, including young people without support or homes. Members of the Društvo prostovoljcev Vincencijeve zveze dobrodete will visit parishes across Slovenia in the coming weeks, and the calendar can also be ordered via email.
