Eight new priests of the Diocese of Bac Ninh offer thanksgiving Mass at the Peter Nguyen Van Tu Seminary

Eight new priests from the Diocese of Bac Ninh celebrated a thanksgiving Mass at the Peter Nguyen Van Tu Seminary on October 21, 2026. Seven of the eight new priests previously lived, studied, and trained at the seminary between 2011 and 2017.

Father Joseph Nguyen Van Thanh presided over the Mass. He was joined by the seminary director, Dominic Nguyen Van Khang, along with other professors and the new priests. During the liturgy, Father Joseph Dang Van Hien spoke about the importance of faithfulness in priestly life, noting that being faithful in small daily matters prepares priests for larger responsibilities.
