Archdiocese of Sevilla to Ordain Four Deacons

Archbishop José Ángel Saiz Meneses will ordain four deacons at Seville Cathedral on Saturday, September 26. During the ceremony, the archbishop will also ordain deacon Pedro Lu to the priesthood.

The men being ordained to the diaconate are Carlos Javier Corento, 34, from Mairena del Aljarafe; Elder João Tavares, 26, from Cabo Verde; and Javier Garrido, 26, from Dos Hermanas, both from the Metropolitan Seminary. Fabio Martarelli, 50, from Osimo, Italy, will be ordained from the Redemtoris Mater.
