The Círculo del Silencio will focus its prayers on the people of Ceuta during its monthly meeting on Wednesday, September 9. Pilar Gallardo, the delegate for migrations, announced on the program El Espejo de COPE Málaga that the group is resuming its monthly gatherings following the August break.

Gallardo stated that the group intends to send messages of solidarity, support, and prayer to the residents, institutions, and community of Ceuta in response to the ongoing humanitarian crisis in the area. She noted that the Church is responding to the situation through welcome and respect.

The announcement comes ahead of the World Day of Migrants and Refugees on September 27. Gallardo noted that the Pope's message emphasizes paying special attention to minors and avoiding polarization. She invited people to join the silent gathering to express themselves with empathy and humility to promote unity and the common good.
