Jesús García Colomer describes the sensory experience of visiting El Don de María, a shelter located near the La Almudena Cathedral in Madrid.

Colomer recalls that the smell of the shelter, which regular visitors called the little house of the poor, was the first thing he noticed when entering during cold winter nights.
