Omnes has published a new book by priest Ramón Díaz Perfecto titled "The Silent Path of the Saints," which examines prayer and the inner life. The work addresses how modern social and religious trends often mistake intense emotions or extraordinary phenomena for spiritual maturity, a tendency the author notes is particularly prevalent among young people.

Díaz Perfecto argues that holiness is not achieved through emotional shortcuts or artificial piety, but through the ordinary path suggested by Church tradition. He explains that true transformation in Christ requires a gradual process involving the sacraments, daily faithfulness, the practice of virtues, and the ability to pray during periods of spiritual dryness.

The book also clarifies the role of spiritual consolations and extraordinary manifestations, such as private revelations or charismatic gifts. Drawing on the teachings of Doctors of the Church including Saint John of the Cross, Saint Francis de Sales, and Saint Thomas Aquinas, the author emphasizes that these experiences do not equal holiness or serve as the standard way to grow spiritually.
