Esercizi Spirituali dei candidati al Diaconato Permanente

Five candidates for permanent diaconate and their wives participated in spiritual exercises at the Maria Santissima del Tindari Pastoral Center in Castell’Umberto. Coordinated by Father Lirio Di Marco, the retreat focused on the theme of ministry through joyful obedience and free service.

Father Alberto Iraci led reflections based on the miracle at the wedding in Cana, specifically examining the role of the servants. Bishop Guglielmo attended the exercises and presided over the Eucharistic celebration. During the event, the bishop noted that a calling is discovered through living it and that maturity in faith requires being in the presence of the Lord.

The Diocese of Patti also established the schedule for the candidates' upcoming monthly retreats.
