Archbishop Nicolas released a message following a diocesan day held on June 6 in Sousse to summarize the outcomes of the gathering. The event brought together pastoral communities to review work based on his September 2025 pastoral letter, "Like a Tree by the Waters."

The Archbishop identified three priorities to guide the diocese moving forward: growing as disciples, building communion, and reaching out to others to live the Gospel. These priorities are detailed in a summary document intended to serve as a guide for the diocese.

Parishes are invited to implement five specific actions resulting from the day's proposals. The summary document is available through parish priests.
