FNS aprova mais de R$ 2,3 milhões para 60 projetos na terceira reunião extraordinária realizada dia 26 de setembro

The FNS management council approved more than R$ 2.3 million for 60 projects during its third extraordinary meeting on September 26. These funds support the 2026 Campanha da Fraternidade, which focuses on the theme “Fraternidade e Moradia.”

The approved projects address three areas: emergency support for populations in situations of vulnerability and extreme social vulnerability due to lack of housing, construction and renovation initiatives to promote access to dignified housing, and awareness and formation regarding the right to housing and essential goods. The council reviewed 73 applications, resulting in a 76% approval rate. This latest round brings the total amount approved for donation across three meetings to over 5 million reais.

The council will conduct a final round of project evaluations throughout October. These remaining projects are scheduled for a vote on November 23.
