FOCUS names Jonathan Reyes as CEO
Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS) has selected Jonathan Reyes to serve as its new chief executive officer. Reyes will succeed founder Curtis A. Martin, who announced his retirement in December 2025, and will take over from interim CEO Tim Toman on November 16.
Reyes most recently served as the senior vice president of communications for the Knights of Columbus. His previous experience includes serving as the executive director of the justice, peace and development department for the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, as well as the USCCB assistant general secretary for integral human development. Reyes also previously served as the vice president of ministry and formation for FOCUS from 2004 to 2005.
Founded in 1998, FOCUS employs more than 1,000 missionaries serving on over 200 college campuses and nearly 40 parishes across the United States. The organization's annual SEEK conference hosted approximately 26,000 participants across locations in Denver, Columbus, and Fort Worth earlier this year.
