Diocese of Curitiba forms 100+ in tithing

More than 100 participants attended a tithing formation meeting at the Senhor Bom Jesus Parish in Colombo on August 30. Organized by the North Episcopal Region's Commission of the Dimension, the event focused on improving how the Church communicates the importance of tithing to its members.

The meeting used journalists and a clown as facilitators to teach strategies for delivering the message of tithing with clarity and hospitality. The Diocese of Curitiba held the session to help pastoral communities communicate more effectively with their parishioners.
