Fr. Gregory Chan celebrates Merdeka Thanksgiving Mass

Fr. Gregory Chan celebrated a Merdeka Thanksgiving Mass for parishioners at the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes in Klang. The service included concelebrants Fr. Gnana Selvam Berentis, Fr. Bonaventure, Fr. Simon Agbo, and Fr. Michael Idatu.

Local ministries and BECs participated in the service, with many attendees wearing traditional cultural clothing. After the Mass, the community held a flag raising ceremony and sang the national anthem, Negaraku, at the church entrance.

The celebration concluded with a potluck fellowship where BECs and various ministries provided more than 40 different dishes for the attendees.
