Gender equality is more than just a number

The Institute for Advanced Studies on Women at the Pontifical University of Regina Apostolorum is organizing a seminar on gender equality in collaboration with the International Network of Women Leaders.

The event features seven panels that examine the relationship between professional work and parenthood. The seminar addresses the long-standing perception that motherhood and careers are inherently in conflict with one another.
