Germania, 2.000 persone partecipano al festival dell’adorazione al santuario di Altötting

More than 2,000 people attended the seventh edition of the Adoratio congress at the Altötting shrine in Bavaria from October 9 to 11. The event, promoted by the Diocese of Passau, included liturgical celebrations, workshops, conferences, and Eucharistic adoration.

Attendance increased from 1,800 participants in 2025 and approximately 1,500 in 2024.

Bishop Stefan Oster of Passau, who promoted the event, said the festival brought together people from across German-speaking regions and beyond. He noted that many participants left spiritually strengthened. During the congress, priests heard continuous confessions, including service provided by Bishop Emeritus Gregor Maria Hanke of Eichstätt.
