The Catholic Church in Germany allocated 537 million euros to international charitable projects over the past year, Vatican News reported. This funding supported various sectors including healthcare, education, agriculture, peacebuilding, and pastoral ministry across multiple global regions.

The total amount represents a decrease of nearly 10% compared to the previous year. Despite this reduction, the funds were distributed through German Catholic relief organizations, dioceses, and religious orders to assist millions of people.
