Archdiocese of Huê holds Mass for the 3rd anniversary of the death of Ông Cố Phêrô and celebrates the longevity of Bà cố Anê

The Archdiocese of Huê held a Mass at the Hòa Đa Parish temporary chapel on October 6, 2026, to mark the third anniversary of the death of Mr. Peter Lê Minh Tuân and to celebrate the longevity of Mrs. Anne Lê Thị Lài.

Antôn Dương Quỳnh presided over the liturgy, joined by Giuse Nguyễn Văn Chánh, Hierônimô Nguyễn Ngọc Hàm, senior priests, and the local pastor, Father Giuse Võ Văn Phú. Father Anrê Lê Minh Phú, the son of the late Mr. Peter, also co-celebrated the Mass. The gathering included representatives from the Caritas Huê office, members of the parish councils from Phú Hậu, Lại Ân, and Mậu Tài, and various religious groups.

During the homily, former Hòa Đa pastor Father Phêrô Nguyễn Hữu Giải spoke about the debt of gratitude children owe to their parents for the gift of life and upbringing. At the conclusion of the Mass, Antôn Dương Quỳnh offered congratulations to Mrs. Anne on her longevity on behalf of the priests and the community.
