His Way at Work Coming to the Diocese of Memphis

The Diocese of Memphis will host a morning conference and Mass for Catholic business owners and executives on Monday, November 9, 2026. The event, organized by the national Catholic group His Way at Work, will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Our Lady Queen of Peace Retreat Center in Stanton.

The conference helps entrepreneurs and senior leaders integrate their faith into company culture and workplace practices. Participants will explore ways to center their work on God and build caring environments. The program concludes with a Consecration Mass celebrated by Bishop David P. Talley, where attendees will consecrate their businesses to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
