I 30 anni di “Carità Politica”, in un libro le voci dei diplomatici su luci e ombre del mondo

Ninety-three ambassadors to the Holy See have contributed reflections on the political and social realities of their home countries to a new book presented to Pope Leo XIV. The volume marks the 30th anniversary of the Caridad Política association, which was founded by Alfredo Luciani.

Cardinal Coccopalmerio stated the book serves two purposes: to explain the Pope's mission within the various sectors represented by the ambassadors and to offer suggestions for his pastoral work. He also described the exchange between ambassadors and the Holy See as a valuable opportunity for evangelization.

The anniversary includes an international meeting titled "Religions and Diplomacy," which is scheduled to take place from September 28 to 30 at Palazzo San Calisto.
