I vescovi della Cep riuniti a Vicoforte

Bishops from the Piemonte-Valle d’Aosta region met in Vicoforte on September 15 and 16, 2026, for their autumn session. During the first part of the meeting, the president of the Istituto centrale sostentamento clero presented the national and regional financial status of the Sistema di sostentamento del clero.

Delegated bishops discussed the challenges and future plans for regional commissions to identify topics for study in the coming years. The group also addressed a national call regarding sports in oratories, the next Giornata mondiale della gioventù in Seul, and updates on the “Chiese a porte aperte” project.

The meeting concluded with a review of regulations for managing and moving parish archives and the definition of the annual calendar.
