Archdiocese of São Salvador da Bahia to celebrate Our Lady of the Rosary feast

The Our Lady of the Rosary of Black Men Church in Pelourinho, Salvador, will celebrate its patroness throughout October. The festivities begin on October 7 with a Mass at 18h for the Solemnity of Our Lady of the Rosary. Cardinal Dom Sergio da Rocha, the Archbishop of São Salvador da Bahia and Primate of Brazil, will preside over this Mass.

The community will continue the celebrations with a novena and feast from October 9 to October 19. These daily services are also scheduled for 18h. This year, the celebrations follow the theme, Maria, Mãe do Rosário, guia e protege nosso povo.
