Instytut Akcji Katolickiej Diecezji Sosnowieckiej to launch Pastoral Study

The Catholic Action Institute of the Diocese of Sosnowiec will begin a recurring pastoral study program on October 17. The inaugural session is scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the institute's headquarters on Orlej 19.

Father Paweł Pielka will lead the first meeting, which focuses on the Church after the synod, specifically examining the balance between tradition and change. Participants will also discuss synodality, unity, and tensions within the modern Church. The organizers intend for the sessions to serve as a space for reflection on how to build a Church that listens and discerns while remaining faithful to its foundations.

The study program will continue on the third Saturday of every month from October 2026 through May 2027, excluding December. All meetings will take place at the Catholic Action Institute of the Diocese of Sosnowiec.
