Two Election Commissioners reportedly objected on record to actions taken by the Election Commission 14 times over a ten month period, according to an investigation by The India Express.

The report, published on September 23, states that these objections included instances where the commissioners were kept uninformed about certain steps and issues involving the addition of new voters and the deletion of existing names.
