Jordan Bardella signs accord with Nigel Farage

Jordan Bardella and Nigel Farage signed a memorandum of understanding to end migrant crossings. Bardella, the president of Rassemblement National, announced the agreement while attending the Reform UK party congress in Birmingham on September 4, 2026.

Tristan de Bourbon of La Croix reported that the two leaders, who lead the polls in their respective countries, intend for the accord to address the issue of migrant crossings.
