José Río Ramilo serves as Director of Pastoral Penitenciaria

Priest José Río Ramilo serves as the director of the Department of Pastoral Penitenciaria for the Diocese of Lugo.

Ramilo, who was ordained on June 30, 2007, also acts as a substitute counselor for the XV Consejo Presbiteral. He serves within the Becerreá deanery, which includes parishes such as Cadoalla, San Pedro Agüeira, San Xoán Becerreá, San Xoán Guilfrei, Santa Eulalia Morcelle, and San Xulián Nogais.
