Journée de l’Espérance 2026

The Sanctuary of Notre-Dame de Santa Cruz in Nîmes will host the second Journée de l’Espérance on Sunday, September 27, 2026. The sanctuary team and the Aubanel manade are organizing the event following the model of the biennial pilgrimage held at the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes.

The day focuses on faith, love, and hope centered around the Croix de Camargue. Participants will observe a roussataio, which will receive a blessing after the celebration. Local traditions and Camargue culture will be featured through the presence of Arlésiennes and tambourinaires.
