The Secretariat of the Rooms-Katholiek Kerkgenootschap in Nederland (SRKK) is seeking a Jurist ad intra to handle legal matters involving law, administration, and social developments within the Church in the Netherlands.

The successful candidate will advise the Nederlandse Bisschoppenconferentie and other administrative bodies, including the economencollege of the bisdommen, where the jurist will serve as the official secretary. Responsibilities include providing advice on civil, tax, and kerkelijk recht, managing changes to statutes, and supporting decision-making processes. The role also involves coordinating between internal and external stakeholders and applying privacy legislation within Church organizations.

The position covers diverse legal areas such as privaatrecht, copyright, tax regulations, and privacy legislation. The SRKK requires a candidate with a university degree in Nederlands recht, strong analytical skills, and experience in administrative environments.
