Bishop Krzysztof Chudzio leads funeral Mass for Fr. Tadeusz Wójcicki

Bishop Krzysztof Chudzio, coadjutor bishop of the Diocese of Rzeszów, presided over the funeral Mass for Canon Tadeusz Wójcicki on October 2, 2026. The service took place at the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Kamień.

During the liturgy, Bishop Chudzio committed the deceased priest to God's mercy and expressed hope that Wójcicki would see God after years of faithful service. Father Marek Story delivered the homily, describing the late priest's priestly zeal, hard work, erudition, and kindness. Father Story noted that the Eucharist serves as a time of thanksgiving despite the sense of loss.
