L’ultima pedalata di Miguel Masaïsaï

Congolese cyclist Miguel Masaïsaï died on Friday, September 18, near the settlement of Ouesso in northern Congo-Brazzaville. The accident occurred close to the border with Cameroon.

Masaïsaï was participating in the Pedal for Peace project. According to SettimanaNews, the project sought to promote peace and unity across Africa through his travels. He was met with local support from Congolese communities throughout his journey.
