LA DIÓCESIS CELEBRARÁ EN LA PARROQUIA DE LA SAGRADA FAMILIA LA JORNADA MUNDIAL DEL MIGRANTE Y DEL REFUGIADO

The Diocese of Ibiza will host a Mass for the World Day of Migrants and Refugees on Sunday, September 27, at the Holy Family Parish in the Can Bonet neighborhood of Sant Antoni. The celebration is scheduled for 18 hours.

The Bishop's Migration Delegation is inviting migrant communities in Ibiza to attend the service. This 112th annual observance follows a theme set by Pope Leo XIV titled “Even just one of these little ones,” which focuses on the vulnerability of migrant children and adolescents.

The theme draws from the Gospel to highlight the risks faced by minors forced to leave their homes due to poverty, violence, or conflict. The Diocese noted that this year's observance encourages a shift from focusing on migration management and control toward a focus on the individual person.
