Directed by Tommaso Landucci, the movie follows Dario as he manages a demanding care routine for his son. The plot develops as Dario forms a bond with his teenage nephew, Giacomo, through a shared passion for trial motorcycles. This connection eventually draws Dario away from his home and family life.

The production uses a 4:3 aspect ratio to frame the characters closely and was filmed with a focus on realism. The film received two awards in the Orizzonti section at the Venice Film Festival, where actor Riccardo Scamarcio also received recognition for his performance.
