Cardenal Fernando Chomali invites faithful to celebrate 100 years of the Coronation of the Virgin of Carmen

Cardinal Fernando Chomali, the Archbishop of Santiago, is inviting the faithful to a procession on Sunday, September 27, to mark 100 years since the Pontifical Coronation of the Virgin of Carmen, the Mother and Queen of Chile.

The Archdiocese of Santiago released videos on Monday featuring the cardinal alongside public figures, including Cecilia Bolocco, María Luisa Godoy, Catalina Edwards, and tennis player Nicolás Jarry and his family. The Archbishop described the procession as a collective prayer for Chile and an opportunity for believers to recognize Jesus Christ as the country's firm foundation.
