L’assemblea di Spin Time: «Un’altra idea di città»

Participants at the Spin Time assembly on September 20 proposed a collective political project to address housing, labor, and cultural poverty. According to RomaSette, the group aims to oppose the government's housing plan and develop a popular law to protect the right to housing.

The meeting took place in front of the former Inpdap building, which was seized following a fire on July 29. Representatives from social movements, unions, and various associations, including activists from Naples, Rimini, Venice, Bologna, Turin, Florence, Bari, and Varese, shared local experiences to build a unified perspective for change.

The assembly followed a march through central Rome on Saturday that moved from Piazza della Repubblica to Piazza Vittorio. Protesters also marched past the Investire Sgr headquarters on via Po, the fund that owns the seized building.
