Diocese of Bayeux-Lisieux to offer Alpha Couple course

The Diocese of Bayeux-Lisieux will host the Alpha Couple course to help married pairs strengthen their relationships. The program consists of seven sessions held via video conference to allow couples to participate from home without needing childcare or travel.

The course runs every two weeks on Wednesday evenings from November 4 to February 10. Each session includes a mix of presentations, personal testimonies, and dedicated time for the couple to talk privately. The diocese offers the program as a way for couples to reflect on their shared journey and grow closer through faith.
